Steps:
1. I finished the quest requirements
2. Teleported back and tried to turn it in
3. Says quest complete as normal but then it does not finish and I can continuously
keep completing it and receive the reward all over again without being able to progress. Also the green check mark remains above the npc's head and acts like I have
yet to turn the quest in even after completion.
