Lady of the Vortex - Bugged? Need Help

I defeated Garuda and then it kicked me out when I tried to zone out\

I was able to get back in a few hours later but it states "Speak with Alphinaud." When I click on the map update, it cannot find him anywhere. I am assuming it was supposed to bring me to a special area after zoning out (which cannot be accessed normally).

I beat Garuda again and still..no update. I also visited the dock..there's no update there and I cant get to the quest/ship area.

I am not sure what to do.

World name: Gilgamesh
Character name: Eternos Infinitus
NPC name: Alphinaud
Party or solo: Party (Duty finder)
Area and coordinates: The Howling Eye
Steps:
1. Have the quest Lady of the Vortex
2. Use Duty Finder and defeat Garuda
3. Use the Exit and disconnect from the game

I have the same problem.

Found solution! Simply teleport to ul'dah
