Ok I equip the behemoth gear on my chocobo and when I want to flip it back to his grand company gear (the 1 with the nation flag on) its no where to he found is anyone else having this issue? And do u know how to resolve it?

Open the pet menu. Click on one of the gear slots. It opens a drop down to select the displayed gear.

Yeh I have been doing that and its not there either it only shows the behemoth gear
