Invalid service account???

The game worked fine for me during early access, but ever since I went to pick up my hard copy, it's been saying "No valid service account is available to play final fantasy ...." and it also says in red letters " please restart the client for final fantasy ..."
which I have done 4 times!

I'm really considering trading the game back for a refund, I loved playing it but this is just ridiculous. If anyone could help that would be awesome, I would hate to have to lose such a good game. (PS3)

My sister plays PS3 and is also having this problem. It won't let her register her game and says no valid service account.
