Problem logging into FFXIV and registration code error

So as of this afternoon, I am unable to log into the game launcher. It asks me to input ANOTHER registration game code for the second time. Am I missing something?

I offer no answers, just commiseration. I'm having the same problem.

So you were playing with your Early Acces registration code until today. If you ordered the game digitally, you should've recieved another email recently with a new code, for the realy access. You have to enter that new code. If you bought the game physically, it's the code it the box. But I assume you didn't

So check your emails. If you haven't recieved it, which shouldn't be, you can track your new registration number going on this site : www.findmyorder.com You have to find your order no. in your emails.

That answered it perfectly! So I have to wait till Sept. 6 which is when my vacation starts! I hope they have the server issues fixed by then, even though they said most would be resolved by beginning of this next week. Thanks!

It worked! I think I may not have received the email because I used my university email address. But www.findmyorder.com worked perfectly!
