Server Resets

Why isn't at least this being done? People are just sitting there afk because they know they wont get kicked off. Botters have already been identified. I haven't been able to log in to my toon on my server with friends for nearly 24 hours, I can't log in to an alt server, I can't create a new character on a "low pop" server. Why am I paying for a game that I can not play?

Just hit reset already...

My friends who managed to get online tell me about how many afkers they see parked all over the place. A server reset would be nice right about now...
