Why would they make it so the Chocobo takes up, even creates, a party when called. It's been stirring in the back of my mind and one idea came to mind that has me shivering in glee if true.
Breeding Chocobo. Massive amount of time training through combat. A party setup. Could they plan to allow more than one Chocobo to be summoned? Even add a collaseum for your Team of Chocobo's to do battle against monsters for prizes? Will we see people running around in teams of 4. Themselves and 3 Chocobo's doing battle. Healers with 1 Tanky chocobo and 2 Attackers? A tank with a Healer Chocobo and 2 Striker/Healer mixes?
Just.. the idea... makes this pet fiend itch and squirm to find someone in the 'know' and see if it's just my personal pipe dream or did I guess a secret project in the works.

Seriously breeding Chocobo's would be awesome, but I don't think we would have more than 1 to summon as a companion. Maybe through breeding we create the Uber Choco and use that one to do battle with, who knows. -

This line of thinking would have never occurred to me, but it's a good concept I'd be happy if a system similar to this was implemented!
