Buff after lvl 50

Hey guys,

I heared someone say that when you get a job to lvl 50, and you switch to an other job, you get an xp bonus buff.

So i have a white mage lvl 50 now, and the archer class that i started. How or when in this example will i recieve that buff?

Since you have a class at level 50, all other classes will get a XP boost until they reach 50. It's +50%, it's automatic, there's no buff indicator on your screen, but it is there.
