Service Accounts, and what to do when they get messed up

Hi everyone! So if you're like me, you have had a problem with service accounts. I accidentally made a second one, because I thought I had to. Well, now the time on my original beta account has run out. I also put all of my CE gear on the second one. I tried to reactivate it at mog station, I figured that I could reactivate it and pay the sub fee, and upgrade to the CE at a later time. But mog station is glitched, and there is no reactivation button! After dealing with this for days, contacting support several times, through chat, phone, and email, and getting no response(because of the much more important and overwhelming launch issues, way to go SE), I finally found what I need to do! So here's the info, spread the word, because I am not the only one having this problem. Also, the form to fill out is impossible to find on any SE website, because they like to make things as difficult as possible for NA customers! Please repost everywhere you can, honestly, SE has bigger problems right now, but we also all need our accounts working properly, especially when we paid good money.
