credit while server issus?

So because of the last few days of login, getting kicked out and no character creation. Are we gonna get credit for time not able to play?

Demand refund. Thus is f#&#&2ing ridicules

Honestly, since the release of the original FFXIV, it has been a constant cake walk of fuck-ups. It's only going to keep going that route. Great game though. Shame only the loyal will be here in a week or two.

Question if you get 7 days and your not able to play but still counts down how does that help?

Game launch was 27th..... Soooo not counting early access the 7 days, since technically the was was not officially launched, is CURRENTLY a acceptable credit.

Open Beta was OPEN BETA. doesn't count in my eyes.

good, it means we can bloody log into what we want to play. Not having the bandwagon MMO players clogging up the tubes. This isn't a truck.

7 days means nothing to me. What happened to "going above and beyond" in customer satisfaction? And like what someone else here said, what about the EA players *cough*beta test 5 players *cough* I'm gonna repeat myself what I said in another thread. For example, I sell stuff on ebay. When I ship out the wrong item to a customer, I tell them that they can keep the wrong item as a token of good will, while I ship out the correct item to the asap. I don't tell them to ship the wrong item back to me. What SE's doing is exactly that with the 7 days, telling the customer to ship the item back to them, disregarding the inconvenience it may have caused.
