Came back from lunch, figured I'd work on my Japanese server character. Only to discover I can't even load the world list.

Have the same issue. Got a 90000 now can't access any character
Yep... same here. It throws me right into the 1017 error as soon as I hit start; before I have a chance to even load character selection.
Evil lurks within us. This time it isn't Error 47.
There are plenty other threads for this issue already. It's because the login server is overloaded.
