Duty Ditcher
At higher levels I'm meeting more and more players through the Duty Finder that ditch at the first signs of hardship. Most of the content I've entered is story-related, and not content people go out of their way to repeat. Generally one should expect to meet inexperienced players in such content, so why be so rude and impatient?
It's also come to my attention that healers in particular feel entitled to ditch because they have an easy time in the queue. Tanks might behave the same, but I was not among them.
I've also witnessed people leaving Aurum Vale as soon as the morbol seedling minion is distributed. If you're farming for the minion, bring a party of your own friends into the Duty Finder, rather than waste the time of an unsuspecting pick-up group.
In any case, everyone please be patient with one another so that the FFXIV community as a whole can grow. Harsh words and abandonment are nothing short of abusive when people are just trying to learn and progress.

Of course there's going to be tons of "Duty Ditchers." The duty finder is a wonderful feature, but also has it backbones. I had a ditcher and one jerk in my party before and it was just plain dumb for me to fight with them. Anyway, it's just best to find someone in your FC or someone you know to run with. Better left that way.
