Give us the power to switch characters to another service account

I'M so PISSED. All I wanted to do was play this game but now I don't even want to play anymore, it's been nothing but a hassle. Why do they make it so hard just to play a damn video game? And now my service is tied to a new service account?? and i have to wait two weeks for them to fix this? I've submitted for e-mail support, chat support, everything, I get nothing. Just let me move my characters myself!!! I just want to play my character i started and spent time on, not start all over on a new service account! Why is that even an option??????? Square Enix sucks so bad, this is the worst game launch ever!

This would be their best bet. Instead of fixing accounts one by one themselves, invest some time in modifying the Mog Station to allow us to do the change ourselves.
