Short term server population control

While outlandish and fairly annoying to do, A server reset every night at 12am PDT for the NA/EU Datacenter would be a good way to remove those people who choose never to log out thus freeing thousands of slots for other players to gain access to the game

example one: knowing it was a holiday weekend i logged out last night at 11pm MST, and got at 6am MST to try and log in low and behold server full.

Let's face it SE you're shooting yourselves in the foot, kick the idlers and free up room on the servers.
