ps3 account is not valid when tyring ot link to SE account

so iv been playing on my computer since beta phase 3 all th eway till yesterday. this mournign my computer wouldnt turn on so either power supply or motherboard fried, i bought a ps3 collectors edition just incase if this ever happens. i installed the game and when it asked me to enter my square enix i.d and password it says its not valid. so whats going on? im 100% sure i put the right i.d since i logged in on mogstation no problem. so now i cant play the game on my ps3 since i cant even register my game code. what can i do?

anyone have this problem?
