Severs disabling Character Creation

Hi all,
I know I can't be the only one excited to play this game, I bought the game on release and have been unable to play it due to my job as a pilot. Well now I'm back home and trying to play.

I made a character earlier today which is somehow now gone (Maybe done by a kid in the house), but the main issue I have is that I can't create a character on any server atm.

Does anyone have any idea when the servers will allow me to create a character, as I'm flying back out on Monday and won't be back for a week and actually wanted to play this game this weekend.

If it wasn't a square game I'd have returned it to the shop I got it in, still holding out for something good though.
