So, does this mean you're going to credit our accounts with the amount of time we are unable to play the game reliably? Also, why is it that all the news on the front page of the FFXIV site only states login difficulties and fixes being worked on for the Japanese servers? There are MUCH more of us in the rest of the world than in Japan, guys! What about us? What about the NA/EU servers? I get that all MMO's have issues within their first few weeks, but the lack of communication to those of us outside Japan is kind of deplorable.Quote:

Still waiting for my "Stupid Add Code Button Created Another Service Account And I Want It Merged Into The Account I'm Actually Going To Use" support ticket to go through, too...but that I can understand taking so long, as it seems 80% of people had this issue and they have a specific form to fill out for it.
