Not necessarily true. For example we have numerous consumer organisations in my country that would fight for you for free and we also got free lawyers for poor people, IF they take your case. It all depends on where you live. Maybe he is a lawyer himself?

You must not be aware of Class Action Lawsuit, in which a large number of plaintiffs are aggregated into one action, and while the lawyers do receive a big payout from any settlements, they are Qui Tam, or "will only get paid if we win".

Instead of rambling here in the threads, why don't you call SQEX's hotline or something and yell "I'm suing you!". And please practice your grammar, reading your post makes the impression that you're just a kid.

Also, if enough people jump on this ship (I'm not there myself and doubt I would reach that level), it could turn into a class action law suit. Let's just hope they get their nonsense sorted out by next week and we're all laughing about this while having Mai Tai's at Costa del Sol! :)

have you purchased the game? have you played it for more than zero minutes? yes? then they have delivered exactly what is guaranteed to you. no where does their EULA state that you, personally, will have completely uninterrupted access. In fact, it actually states the opposite. and you agreed to those terms when you signed up.

if you truly believe your statement, you are not to smart! NO eula can take your rights away, Eula's cannot overwrite a countries consumer laws. For instance here in the USA Eula's mean nothing, the laws trump what ever eula you sign. They are more for those countries that do not have such consumer protection laws. I'm not saying I agree with the OP just sayin your statement is completely false!

SE is registered with the Better Business Bureau, or the BBB, so you can file an official compliant on there site. Mostly about how SE is taking their damn time and not doing anything constructive to fix the server congestion. Well, at least nothing that they are releasing to their consumers.
