Cooking: Blue Cheese

I can not find a recipe for Blue Cheese and it is require for several dishes (other than recipes).

I thought maybe it could just be bought somewhere, but no one in game seems to know where to find it. I searched many English websites and none seem to know where to find Blue Cheese. (They have it listed but do not say how to make it or where to buy it)

It is a consumable food that applies buffs which leads me to believe Blue Cheese is something I can create (or should have been able to).
