hey was wondering if the NA/EU servers are down cause I restarted the launcher about 10 times atleast and logged in and every time when I get up to the screen that shows my toons and servers I just get unable to obtain the world list message for NA/EU... but the jap servers all show up thoe..
The start button is grayed out for me in the game, so I'm guessing they are trying to fix the issue.
Yes it is. I finally beat mini-boss 2002 error, but the NA/EU worlds are down, yay...
Our servers are down because japanese players cant login oh joy ...
You would think that they would have tried much harder to have their servers working before a major US holiday. By the time they have everything sorted out its gonna be too little too late. SE has really dropped the ball on this launch, and its at the detriment of the player base, and customers.
The servers are experiencing some kind of issue. What issue that is, is what eludes us all.
As I attempted to log-in today, approximately 30 minutes prior to this post, I ran into three different problems.
1. First time, the lobby server did something that appeared to "auto-select my character and server in an attempt to log me in." I was not even given the option to select a character or a server. Upon the finalization of this attempt, I got the message saying the server is full. This is how I determined that the above process took place.
2. After restarting the client, I could do the normal password entry and then click the shiny green button to enter the lobby. The start button on the game's actual main screen was grayed out and I was auto-kicked from the lobby due to "the lobby experiencing an error." Only to end up returning to the client log-in screen.
3. Now the servers are not responding, none of them except for the Japanese servers. It's an obvious sign of maintenance despite the server status being healthy. But who is doing what? No announcement of this sudden maintenance was procured and there was no advanced planning for this time frame. It's as if they've a bunch of little children running lose in the server rooms, tripping on the cables and pushing buttons.
I have been playing the Japan servers for the last three days and have not been able to get to NA servers since day 1 of the early access. This is getting really out of hand.
I have been trying to get onto the EU Server Odin off and on for the past 6 hours with NO official word anywhere about the problem.
It is actually infuriating not to have any kind of communication, I would be entirely appeased if they just SAID what was going on.
I don't care that the servers down but I do care about not being told what is going on. 1 more day lost of my "free" trial to these stupid errors and 1 more hit in my chances of subscribing.
and to top it off, the server status is always "UP" even when they're officially down for maintenance. Sort it out or people will LEAVE.
I've been having lots of fun with the logins, I have gotten the grayed out start button then crash. I have been able to click start and get a 1017 error like it tried to auto log me in as described above. Sometimes the NA/EU list will not load, sometimes it's the JP list. Finally, if I am able to log in hit start and see my character without any other errors, I click start, there is no 1017 nightmare, the loading screen comes up, the music stops, I get my hopes up that I'm going to be able to log in... And then I get 10102 "connection to server was lost"

yah this is bull shit.. sony should be giving us credit game time wise up to the point they fix it.. cause now its costing us money.. because we bought the game and had to register the cd key now.. and that so called free 30day game time.. its not free we paid for it when we bought the game.. it was worked into the price.
