History:
WASP Inc was founded in 2009 for the game APB as a respectful, efficient and teamwork-oriented clan. It still exits now on almost every server in what is now known as APB: Reloaded, and is currently lauded as one of the most well known and successful clans in the game. With the release of Planetside 2 in 2012, WASP Inc further expanded. Planetside 2 gave us cause and opportunity to evolve our clan into a proper Online Gaming Community, and we dove into Planetside 2 with full gusto. We are currently of the most respected of New Conglomerate Outfits in the game, and we operate on the Miller server. Today WASP Inc plays many different games, and in each of these we apply our standards and teamwork regardless of the scale on which we play. When a game grows large enough, we promote it to a full Community Division.Now, WASP Inc plans to expand fully into FFXIV:ARR. We have a lot of interest in the game, and we are looking forward to seeing you all on the field!
Requirements
While many specific requirements for Final Fantasy XIV ARR have yet to be determined, we have the following requirements for any who wish to join us:
- 18 years of age or older
- Fully functional Teamspeak 3 compatible headset and microphone*
- A Mature and sensible manner
- Able to speak, understand and be understood in English*
- Having read and understanding our Charter
Player Standards
We hold our members to certain standards regarding player skill, communication, teamwork and having a respectable attitude towards the rest of the game communities which exist today in Online Gaming. These rules are what identify us among the myriad of clans, guilds and communities which exist today. While some of these standards have no doubt left us bereft of some of the most skilled individual players in each game, we find that good teamwork and a good attitude are the most important aspects of multiplayer gaming.
WASP Amenities
- Currently we have a very active forum with all the bells and whistles you are used to.
- Teamspeak 3 server with shiny icons and plenty of channels to hide away with your friends.
- A 24:7 Player base. If you need help with your computer, your game isn't starting, or you just need a friend to talk to in the dark, we're here for you.
WASP is a Multi-gaming Community
The WASP Inc player base consists of many multi-gamers, you will almost never be with out someone to play with. We have Divisions active in APB:R and Planetside 2, with plans to possibly expand into several upcoming MMOs. Acceptance into any of these Divisions will lend you a full membership to the WASP Inc Community. We also play many other games casually, just for fun.
*A rare exception may be made if the applicant is physically incapable of meeting these requirements, such as being deaf or mute.

With 2.1 about to create a small black hole in the vaults of many large FC's, now would be a great time for some of us in the lower member brackets to band together.
