GC reward bonus for rare items
Take leatherworking, for example. If you turn in a rare version of an item for a supply mission, you get bonus xp and seals.
Now take fishing or mining. Say a provisioning mission requires 10 of a certain fish, or 10 of a certain stone. You catch 2 rare fish and 8 normal ones, or 4 rare stone and 6 normal stone, but you can't turn in the rare fish or rare stone for a bonus reward. It only accepts the normal fish and normal stones. See the inconsistency here?
I think this was an oversight by the developers and should be adjusted asap.
