Can't Get into ANY Server

None of the NA/EU servers are available and all the JP servers are tossing 1017 errors. I'd post in the tech support section but since I don't leave a character logged in all day to ensure I can get in and play I haven't been able to get on any server long enough to get a char above 11. Loadstone has zero information regarding the current NA/EU server situation.

So far I've gotten about 1 day of early access and about 2 hours of post launch play. Square has launched an MMO before, right? I am highly frustrated with the general face saving efforts by Square but no effort to make things right.

I am tired of accommodating Square's issues by starting alts that I can only play once and never get to the server again.
