Registration issue
I have already registered my code a while ago as soon as I preordered the game. However when I go to play this weekend, it says I need to register. I used my code and of course says already registered. This happened with me and my husbands account (two separate accounts). Any suggestions? I already contacted support and of course nothing.
On a side note I have had so many issues with this game. I really hope they pull their heads together and fix this game. I love FF but if I cant play it like ever why would I keep the game? It worked just fine couple days ago but now it is acting up yet again. Seems like at least once a week I am having issues and no one addressing them.

You need to read before posting the same thing. You received another email a couple of days ago, check your SPAM folder it's where mine was. It will contain a NEW registration code. I had the same problem. Just enter it in and you can play.

Sorry but that it isn't there... I just checked again. I don't have a problem with gmail recognizing square enix emails since I already had them marked as important.

And I already had a new email with the code because I got my bonus items from the collectors edition email too. I already registered my main code for the game almost a week ago at least.

You did not say whether you checked your spam folder and do it closely. Apparently some appear to be weird illegitimate shady emails, but they do have the code. Check again. People that received the first email (like me) in their inbox REGARDLESS of it being trusted or not was STILL sent to their spam folder. Try again and if you don't see anything after looking closely in your spam folder go to the forum post i gave
Additional: Yes I know you already registered a code that you received in your main email. This is different and may have gone to spam folder, read above.
