Hi i'm outraged because i spent this whole time trying to get my pre order Mog Hat and Cait Sith. Square Enix sent me a code so i could download the game with the pre order Mog Hat and Cait Sith, but the code they sent me threw my email does not work... i tried it in the store and the account management - redeem codes but the code doesn't work. i need a new code sent to my email so i can get my Mog Hat and Cait Sith thanks.
