My characters are gone!

After raging many times on here because I still haven't been able to play the game since early access Saturday!!!!!! Now I have no characters...I receive error 3108 and when logging onto SE online their saying you don't have any characters please create one in game. Are you serious SE? I paid you $59.99 and was considering putting a halt to my refund.

*Update I can't even select Start...I receive error 2002. I get a new error every day. Just let me vent online people...It makes me feel better.
