I've been getting the Error "Unable to update the group NA/EU Character List" since yesterday. I assumed it was down for maintenance, however as of yet I can't find any maintenance notices from Square Enix.... is there something wrong with the game client? or is there a notice from Square Enix I've over looked?
I experience the same issue here. Everything was running well yesterday but I am now experiencing either:
- error code 2002
- or "U/nable to obtain the Wold list" for EU/NA servers
No technical notice on the lodestone... very frustrating
Currently same issue also couldn't see a notice about it being down. Was looking through the forum for similar post's to this.

Seems like there's a new problem every day with this game. :/ Was hoping things would be resolved after months of beta.
Me too this is starting to get on my nerves. And then they think we're going to pay subs what a laugh
Same here but I was playing 10 mins ago but keep crashing when I try to come back in game after alt tabbing (in fullscreen)
It now works... but world is full :p
I can't load the NA/EU server list and Lodestone says all servers are online. What gives?
