Need Help with 2nd Service Account

So here's my question. I played the Beta, got a character to level 12 on 1st Service Account. One the game was launched for Early Release, I was not allowed to play on my "Beta" Character, so I created a new character, unknowingly, on a 2nd Service Account.

I've played my 2nd Service Account character since early release, but now I cannot access it because I don't have a 2nd Service Account Registration, and for the life of me, I can't find where to look on being able to play.

Please point me in the right direction.
