PS3 registration question

Here is the format and basis behind my question.


-Square Enix Account
*FFXIV Service Account 1
*FFXIV Service Account 2


Will one PS3 collectors edition registration code go on the Square Enix account, or will it go to a specified FFXIV Service Account. Do I need one PS3 Registration code for my SQUARE ENIX account or do i need two (one for each FFXIV Account)

From what I understand it is per service account not square enix account.
