Working Server Queue Needed

I don't mind that there's downtime at launch or early access, or that the servers are locked because of reached player capacity, but having a working login queue is priority number 1 for exactly these situations. I've been unable to login to my character for over 6 hours now. Should I be repeatedly clicking the same 3 buttons to try to login for 3 hours? There's no way I'm doing that. I'd gladly sit and watch a queue for an hour to play, but I'm not to spend 30 minutes repeatedly clicking the same 3 buttons because your queue doesn't work. Even if you're increasing server capacity, there will be issues down the line where queues are desirable. Please do something about this asap...
