Are players who received the 30 day free-trial going to receive the 30 day subscription rewards? If not when will they receive them and is there any way to expedite the process? It seems a bit unusual on one hand to be unable to receive your veteran rewards if you plan to subscribe.

Not the same question but related I guess, lets say I (with 30 days left of free trial) subscribe for 180 days, do I get the veteran rewards right away? or I have to wait till the free trial is over?

Pretty sure you get them as each month rolls by. Not all at once. And no, I don't think people who only use the free trial will get any of the rewards for subscribing, since they're not buying more time.

You do get them all at once.
Currently, you must wait until your 30-day 'free' period is over before receiving them if you plan on renewing your subscription. You can, however, buy a time card which will result in you receiving them immediately. -
