Why can i not make a character

so i said to my self, screw it ill just do a transfer when the thing is up so i go and look for a server that is lit up and go create a guy and then i get a message saying your current server account does not allow for the creation any more characters in this world final fantasy realm reborn.

Because I'm assuming you've either hit your character limit for your subscription or its another limit SE has put in place.
