Exactly like it says. When i turn sound all the way down in game, I don't want to hear weather effects.. . Yes there is sound mixer on Win 7, but that's not the point.
When I turn volume off in game, I want it off -.-;

I totally agree with you, especially the wind sounds in the desert are so annoying when you are on Teamspeak or Vent.
We need an option to turn it off please, i know there is an option for it in configuration menu but that doesnt do anything with the volume of these sounds. -
