Can I still redeem my pre-order acct AFTER logging into the server?

So I pre-ordered, found my little pre-order code in the package, went to http://member.square-enix.com/na (LIKE THE PAPER TOLD ME TO) searched hight and low to find where to access the code, got super frustrated and gave up. I did end up finding it today here: http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com.

I redeemed the code, but i've already registered my Square-Enix account with the activation code that came in the box, and played my heart out.

Is it too late to get my goodies that came with pre-ordering? I really want my Kait Sith doll =(

hmmm did u go thru mog station and try thru there?

I went there and the Pre-Order code is 20 characters...the code that came included is 18, and the code sent to me after activating was 12! So confusing :(

with the code applied it should only take a day or two for it to be delivered to you (via delivery moogle) wait and see if an envelope appears top right of the game screen
