switching from ps3 to pc
so i started playing on my ps3 and i'm really like it... but i recently went to a friends house and saw how much smoother it runs on the pc. i was wondering if i am able to use the character i created on the ps3 on pc... i already know that i have to buy the game again... but i'm willing to do so for the change in performance.

yep you can just need a copy of the game for windows ^_^
and just apply the code to your account through the Mog Station

Awesome.... i'll wait til the server craziness is done with before i make the switch... Thanks!!

i'd just use up your full 30+ free days... then buy for pc then u get another free 30 days thus maximmizing your playtime ;)

you can but you'll end up paying X amount of dollars just to have it on the pc. You will have to tie the pc account to your ps3 account on the mog station.
Not sure if the time will stack (30 days) I think it did so on FFXI but on FFXI you can do a lot of things you can't do here, sort of like, playing the game.....OH SNAP!
if you want to dual box on different platforms with multiple accounts(legal)
You will have to pay for the game twice. Just make sure you make a new service account
1 for pc 1 for ps3
or 2 times for 2 different pcs
if you want to switch platforms on account you will need to buy the game 2 more times.
pc user must now buy the ps3 version and vice versa for the ps3 user.

If you're having issues with how smooth the game runs on your PS3, it's not a result of PS3, it's your internet(or you have a PS3 slim, in which case, yeah). You either need to upgrade to better internet, or you need to get a better modem and possibly a better router. I play on PS3, and have less lag issues then anyone I know on a PC. There's also the fact that you can play the game on your PS3, and use your PC to look up other things(Like watching the NA LCS finals for example), without creating strain on your PC's cpu. Happy PC, happy life.
