Hey all I'm a non Japanese living in Japan for 2years+ or so and I want to play FFXIV. The thing is my ID is a US region ID and here in JP you can only buy a JP region FFXIV. Can you use the code from the FFXIV here in JP to register my ID which is set to be a US region ID?
*Can I just go to my profile setting, switch the country setting to Japan, and go buy a FFXIV in Japan, use it's code to register. Will that do?
