WTH?! Where's my character?!?!

After pre-ordering & early access, I tried to log-in to my game today only to find that my log-in is asking me for account 1 or 2.

Acct 1 gave me some BE error message (of which I have since forgotten the content).

Acct 2 gave me access...but my character is deleted. Gone, disappeared, nothing. My lvl 18 CNJ is no more.

Upon creating a replacement, I learn that all my saved appearance data is still available. WTH?

If anyone knows what avenues or resources I can utilize in the possible retrieval of my character would be greatly appreciated & thanks in advance ^_^
