Missing a Code

I've got a friend who isn't able to log into FF14. He pre-ordered the Collector's Edition and was able to play it up until 12AM Friday. After that point, his account was locked, asking him to enter a registration code for the Collector's Edition. Only problem is that he is still waiting for it to come in the mail.

Its a problem trying to call Square Enix about the issue because of their 2-3 hour hold time. Is there some way he can log back in until he receives the copy of the game in the mail..?

He's also tried sending an Email but its been a couple of days and there hasn't been any response.

Anyone...?

The registration codes were sent out on the day of release, tell your friend to double check his emails for it.
Other then that email and wait for support to final get to his response, just remember there are thousands also doing this so support will be slow.
Or he can ring them as soon as the phone line opens and hope they get straight through.
But apart from that its a sit and wait situation for now.

Everyone who bought a pre order digital download of the game and have not received a email with the new registration code go to www.findmyorder.com look up your order and it should be there. I was able to find my registration code that they failed to email me and gain access to the game. Good luck all.

I also still waiting to get my physical copy of the game. Nothing you can really do but to wait :(
