Square Enix Deleted my Account
I purchased the game several months ago for the pre-order release. After working through the start-up drawbacks, which were to be expected, I have come home to my account being deleted.
I am no longer able to login to my account using the start-up and am forced to create a new account. When prompted to enter my access code to create a new account; I receive an error over my access code already being in use.
When trying to log onto the FFXIV website to post a thread I receive an error stating no character can be found.
I am stuck with no support service and little to no understanding of how this could of happened, after playing the game just the day before.
Since start-up I have submitted 5 tickets regarding errors. 2 of which have come back with responses that aren't applicable to the question asked, and to be blunt, where dismissive of my issue. The resulting 3 will most likely result in the same way, with little to no follow-up.
I love FFXI and have enjoyed FFXIV, but am currently on the verge of returning my game, and calling it quits. This is solely because of the poor customer service, and lack of regard for myself as a player.
