Pissed & confused

So I registered my PS3 code today through Sony Network and all of a sudden two service accounts popped up, which was strange. Apparently the first service account (the one i've been using since beta) is locked out and it's forcing me to select a 2nd service account with no characters on it. If I'm locked from playing on my account with my level 30, I will quit this game so can somebody enlighten me on how I can play from that on my ps3?

On another post I found this Incorrectly Registered Service Account: Support Form it supposed to be to fix it. I submitted two since I got an email about a closed support ticket but it says it was still open.

I have this problem two and hope it is resolved swiflty. From the reads online PS3 version has had problems from the start. :/

You're not the only one, I have been waiting for days to get my service accounts sorted...I've spoken to the customer support, whom have said it's happened to thousands, and even they agree the process wasn't clear!

I wouldn't have minded having to pay for my subscription while they sort it out, but it is asking me to repurchase the game :/

I'm giving them till tomorrow to get sorted, otherwise i'll give them another call and see whats going on

i was on hold with customer support for three hours they told me i will be able to play in two days . just hoping those aren't business days.

Well - it most certainly didn't "pop out" on it's own as you must have selected incorrectly the New service account button on PS3 instead of Next while (re-)linking the PSN account to SE Service account. While I agree this might be bit confusing especially as the New Service account button is the larger one and above Next + Cancel buttons it's important to pay attentions when performing any SE account related tasks as majority of them are irreversible or at least a major hussle to remedy.

*This is meant as the warning to others altough it's usually too late as not many people will come here to seek help unless something went wrong ...

I did that and STILL got two service accounts

Seems like this is a pretty rare but still bad bug. not sure if it's more user error or SE error, but it's still something they should be able to fix rather quickly.
