No upgrade from 1.0 to ARR
So I purchased FFXIV 1.0 and registered the account and key on Sep. 3rd, 2010, and I have not been upgraded to ARR. I have been trying to contact SE for 5 days now and every time I call Phone support I get the busy tone, which is to be expected. So, I have also been trying Chat and E-Mail support, to which E-Mail is also expected to take longer. However, with the chat support I have tried numerous times to get an agent during business hours, only to have it say "There are no agents available" basically making me wait in line to get nothing.
So this is my last hope of finding an answer.
Like I said above, I registered 1.0 in September of 2010, and it shows that I did on my SE Account Management page, so that should put me as being eligible for the upgrade since I registered it before the deadline of the offer at the time, but all that said I still can't log in. It says that I have no active service accounts, like I never registered 1.0.
Am I doing something wrong? I'm logging into the same service account I used for Phase 3 and 4 betas, which is also the same account 1.0 is registered on.
Can anyone help me with this?
