Abilities not triggering as frequently as before on DoL?

Has the frequency of ability activation on DoL been decreased?

I have been noticing this too. Sometimes i'm clearing 2~3 points w/o a single ability triggering.

Just another shady "adjustment" (god knows how i fear this word...if never means good changes) it seens.
