1.0 + Physical Copy Purchase Questions

Hi everyone!

So I'm a 1.0 player, but I preordered the PHYSICAL copy of the new game. I got my 18 digit code, then a 20 digit code for early access and played through it. Now that I have my physical copy today, there is yet ANOTHER 20 digit code and I'm unsure of what to do with it. Since I already owned the Collector's edition of 1.0, I figured my character already has it registered, but when I go into account management, it says this:

Account Type: Collector's Edition Windows®
Subscription: Standard
Payment Method: None
Remaining Days: 11　days
Number of Characters: 3 Character（2）

How do I get my 30 days worth since I actually bought the physical game again?

You'd probably have to contact them about it. I got a free 30 days but that was only because I bought the PS3 version since I already owned the PC.

1.0 players dont get free 30 days thats only for new 2.0 players, 1.0 players got 12 free days and not having to buy a new copy as goodwill/thank you.

EDIT: Sorry I missed the bit you mentioned you have a new copy also, I think you can get accounts merged by contacting SE but I dont think your able to apply a 2.0 code to a 1.0 account yourself unless its a PS3 copy.
