Shared Hot Bar problem with Crafting skills

Not sure if this was intended, but Crafting skill Affinity is causing the Shared Cross Hot Bar to be somewhat useless for people who use the same actions on multiple crafting classes.

Please let me explain...

1. As Leatherworker, I set skills such as Master's Mend and Inner Quiet to a Shared Cross Hot Bar.

2. But when I switch to Goldsmith, those skills are now greyed out and unusable. Mousing over their icons says that their affinity is for Leatherworker because that's the class I had active when I set them to the Shared Cross Hot Bar... even though I have those same skills available to me as Goldsmith.

Basically, it is still necessary to set up individual Hot Bars for each class even though we might be using the same skills for every one.

Hopefully my explanation makes sense.

It would be nice to know if there is a reason for action Affinity, and if it would be possible to make the skills usable by every class so long as we have them unlocked.

I am having the same issue as the thread creator.

The problem seems to affect only the skills that are on the current crafting job such as Master Mend, Inner Quiet, Observe and so on...

I'm using the same skill set (thus a shared action bar) for all my crafting classes and all the other action seems to light up correctly except those that are from the current crafting class. It's annoying to put each skill back into the bar each time I swap crafting class to have them light up.
