Cutter's Cry / Chimera boss text bug

Frequency: Always
Monster name: Chimera (Last boss Cutter's Cry)
Party or solo: Party
Area and coordinates: Cutter's Cry
Steps:
1. Chimera fight is engaged
2. During the fight, the text warning about the violet / blue effects is not always appearing. The frequency is about 80%.
3. If a player does not react to the casting bar per se, they will sustain damage and potentially die. This is especially harder to monitor for healers, who are not normally targeting Chimera.
