the "Potency" of Hasty Touch

on a 1 star recipe, Hasty Touch usually give around 100-150ish quality increase, though I notice sometime it goes "critical" and give a whooping 800ish quality increase

anyone else notice this? and perhaps, have an explanation for it

control and craftmanship both above 300 btw

I think its compounding with Inner Quiet maybe? Enough steps of quality improvement pushes IQ bonus up and then a good or excellent condition inflates that with a high effeciency touch, and voila!

Its kind of an almost borderline broken skill when used in conjunction with Steady Hands and Waste Not.

but i dont use any touch skill, all I do is spam Hasty Touch
I do have Inner Quiet activated

Is the glowy part of your crafting tool a rainbow when you get the huge boost in quality? That could be it.

You hastey touched on an excellent material condition. Make sure you watch your gear condition, nothing will warn you when you get excellent, besides the synth window and your rainbow orb of course.

yep, i think it's rainbow/excellent condition
and the funny part (or realistic part) is that after I "suck em dry" the condition dive into poor
