PC crashes on dungeons

Hello everybody.

I'm posting this thread to make you aware of an issue i unfortunately met.
Everytime i go to a dungeon, i stay like 5-10 minutes on it fighting and my PC suddenly crashes. It happened at every dungeons i did and when i try to reconnect to the game it says that the disconnection wasn't complete and i can reconnect only once my character is outside of the dungeon. Even if i stay connected in the game for a lot of hours it doesn't happens so i guess the problem come from dungeons or some settings in my game. I played with the lowest quality to try but it doesn't solve anything.

Maybe it happened to someone else that have solved this issues and could help me.

I rolled back my video drivers to the last stable one. havnt had an issue since,
also turned down shadows a bit
