Any fix for the micro stuttering while moving the camera?

I'm using d3d Overrider already and helps sometimes.. but after a while my game stutters alot but my framerate is always 60..

Any ideas to fix it?

this sounds like a machine-specific problem. New video drivers, maybe?

I'm using the latest beta driver from Nvidia.. my rig:

GTX 760 2GB
i7 4770k
8 gigs of ram
Win 7 64 bits

I noticed that it only happens when moving the camera with the gamepad, with the mouse there's no jumping.
