Error code 11070

When I tried to link my SE ID with the PSN (which I had done months before. Don't even start me on that), I keep getting the 11070 error code and being booted back to start the whole thing over again. I checked on here and moderator Caedramir said:

I did. I already had cookies enabled, so I turned them off and then turned them back on again. All this did was crash my system and my television, and then make the whole thing run a diagnostic on itself. Anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix it?

I had same code, and it was the cookies in your internet browser. It worked for me.

I fixed the issue by creating a static ip for my ps3 and then port forwarding all the ports for PSN and FFXIV ARR and that fixed the issues.
