Monthly Payment: Entry VS Standard

May I ask you guys for some answers on this? I generally think I understand how it goes but I just like to make sure. See, I plan on playing cheap. As much as possible. So, when I heard about a $13.99 option, I would love to go that route.

Do I basically just stay with one created character on a world (maximum 8 across all worlds) and it'll auto-bill me for only $13.99? Or does it work in some other way?

Or is it just a one time thing? Now I confused myself lol. I'm pretty new to the whole subscription-based thing. I have been gaming F2P for 10-13 years. :o

The price you refer to is is actually $41.97 you pay up front for the three month plan, which would give you the $13.99 price.
